Hey there,
I live in a rather small (180,000 people) city in Canada - Regina, Saskatchewan. There's some movie that's been filming here for some while now. I wanted to know if anyone knows anything about it, so here's all I know.
1. Andy Garcia has been taking up the entire top floor of a hotel downtown, so we can only assume he's in it. Duh.
2. They said something about it on the radio, and while they gave the title, the only word I caught was "father". So the title is "______ _______ father" (if that helps)
3. Another thing on the radio was something about it having a budget of $20 million, so it's not a HUGE movie, but a $20 million dollar flick is nothing to sneeze at either. A lot of great movies are made for a lot less then that.
I'm just curious. They've been blocking streets off and all sorts of crap for this thing. Every now and then they'll announce over the radio for people of a certain, age, gender, race to come downtown to some address if they wanna be an extra, etc etc etc. Anyone know anything about this movie?
