I can't remember if they changed it in the movie though.

I'm almost certain the scene goes like this...
They are pulling away from the asteroid, and Bruce Willis hasn't pushed the button yet. The pilot is about to turn around when Ben Affleck tells him to stop because "He won't fail. Harry doesn't know how to fail." Bruce sort of smiles and pushes the button.
I don't know if this is the movie you're thinking of, but I'm pretty sure that your quote does appear in that scene.
