Matrix 2 and beer!

Ok, I've heard about Jet Li as a possible casting choice for Matrix 2, I'm cool with that. I am surprised, however, that they haven't even looked at the most bad-assed choice for an agent, Chow Yun-Fat! (Ha! Bet you thought I was going to say Bruce Campbell!) I mean c'mon! Chow Yun-Fat is the closest to John Wayne as you can get! Of course, the only problem with him being an agent is that Keanu would eventually have to beat him, and, I'm sorry, I just could'nt accept that. Also, to make the movie better, they need to put Famke Jassen in the movie. As Parchai's galactic love-muffin or something. And have M.C. Hammer do a cameo! (Ok, I was really serious about the first idea though)

They should tie in the Matrix 2 with X-Men and have a Jello Wrestling match with Famke and of course my all time screwable X-woman, Mystique - god she's fine.

But seriously folks, does anybody know the plot of M2, besides Neo and Trinity having a relationship (ugghh) Gag me with a spoon.

"Rumor has arisen that a new character named Niobe will join the members from the original Matrix group in the highly-anticipated sequel. She will apparently be a tough female captain of the fastest ship in the league and the ex-girlfriend/or wife of Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) who is now dating the leader of Zion.

The filmmakers are apparently looking for someone "drop-dead gorgeous" but "tough" to play the "toughest chick there".

According to AICN, Jet Li has also been confirmed for both sequels and a new character named Commander Lock is also in the works."

"Drop-dead gorgeous but tough", sounds just like Xenia Onatopp! Famke is a shoe-in for this one. Man, for my money, I can't see enough of that girl. Someone give her a topless cooking show! Leaving any grease splatter jokes aside, I think Famke would be cool for that role, or maybe Saffron Burrows, I thought she was decent in Wing Commander. Anyone heard anything about Jet Li's role? I inferred from the above post that he may be playing this "Commander Lock" dude. Whatever his role may be, please let him kick ass. Oh and the jello rasslin sounds good too /ubb/smile.gif

Famke Janssen, the perfect choice for the drop-dead gorgeous female lead. I hear they're going to include a new secret agent that has a morphing sequence where he turns into one of those long Chinese dragons.

Now that would be excellent if they pulled that off (both the bit about casting Famke Janssen and the Chinese dragon).

I went to this Comic Book Convention in October, and there was a movie discussion group there, and my bro asked about The Matrix Sequels. I think the guy said that like "the real world" which is a piece of shit is accually a Matrix, also, but I dunno.

I have heard a lot about Matrix 2. There is supposed to be a character more powerful than neo and there is also supposed to be a matrix within the matrix. If Jet Li is in the movie he will be the strongest character.

Famke Janssen, she is hot, but no way near that hot. I don't think she is tough or toughish. I don't know who it should be, but not her. She may get Parchai to the theater, but she has no real box office draw. Maybe if she fixes that nose a bit. I can't understand why everyone thinks she is the best choice. When I think of a few, I will post them.

I don't know what it is about her, but Famke Janssen is competing for the #1 slot of my "to do" list. It's not just her looks, which are spectacular, but she seems to be real intelligent and also has a good personality. Anyways, I think the reason most people think she could play a tough girl is because she was Xenia Onatopp in Goldeneye. As for choosing a black woman for the part, I think that if they do that, they should choose Aliyah. I think she could be a tough SOB if she wants. Although I really want to see Thandie Newton in more roles. Especially if it involes lots of nudity and possibly a scene where it rains in the lingerie store.

I think Neo can only see in the matrix code for now. so no skin for him, but for us what a party it would be.

As for when Matrix 2/3 will be out, is a mistry try for 2002, and look for the trailer in 2001 superbowl.

No, famke is not perfect. You guys are talking about doing what pisses everyone off in the first place with sequels. Messing with it. If you add a whole new cast of A list actors then I will be breaking some doors down. Stick with the popular yet not so well kown actors. DO NOT get jet li. He can't act for shit and is a homo(not that I have anything against gay people, I just use it to degrade something. Go figure). I bet they will try and ruin it. They'll have cameos and shit. If I see one glimpse of Arnold or anyone remotely cameo worthy then i'll wet myself. I just hope they don't stray too far from what made the Matrix kick ass all over the place.
