I love looking for these screw-ups. I'll often revind and slow-mo just to get a better look at some of them.

1. In Twister, during the BIG tornado scene, a combine lands in front of the truck, hits the windshieldit, and COMPLETELY SHATTERS it. Then it cuts to another angle and the windshield it completely fine without a crack 2 seconds later. Musta been a quick repair job.

2. In T2:JD, when the tow truck chasing John jumps off the highway down into the aquaduct, the windows fall right off the trucks and hit the pavement, but then next shot they're still on the truck.

3. In "The Jackal" they're all flying around in this big military helicopter, but the scene was obviously shot using 2 different hellicopters because the number on the side keeps switching between "28" and "29" and back again.

4. In "The Replacements" there's a big field goal scene where they show a close-up of the kicker's head (chin-stap ON), then pan the camera for a long distance shot (where the chin-strap is just hanging there), then they go back to a close up where his chin-strap is done up again.

There's several more I've found, but that oughtta do for now.

Funny that you should ask this now, as I just received an email from the good people at movie-mistakes.com (http://www.movie-mistakes.com/), listing many of HANNIBAL's mistakes:

-----------

In the scene when Rinaldo Pazzi is searching on the internet, he looks at a page offering a reward. As soon as he clicks on the link the page opens, and we see a close-up of Lecter's face - just visible at the top right is the text, and you can see the date of his escape listed as 1992. When it cuts out to a wider shot of the whole page, the date's magically changed to 1990.

When Hannibal attacks Francesco after the lecture, they show their shadows on the screen at the same time as the picture of the man hanging. This is not possible as the picture was projected from a slide projector behind them. In other parts before and after that shot you can see their shadows blocking the picture.

During the scene in which Krendler shows the fake Lecter postcard, look closely and you can read the line: "Sounds like him to me" although this line is part of Krendler's speech, and not part of the message itself. Forgetting his lines?

Right before Paul says grace, Dr. Lecter checks the time on the grandfather clock. We see a long shot, and the hand's on about 46 minutes. Then there is a closeup of the clock moving past 50 minutes after the hour. When it cuts back to the table, the clock is immediately back to 46.

Near the beginning of the film while Clarice is being interviewed, we can see a black T-shape during a shot of the floor. This is shown to be an actor's mark, as someone steps right onto it a few shots later.

When Pazzi is visiting Hannibal, you can see a group of monks at the top of some steps waiting for their cue - the camera gets closer to them and they all start walking down.

SHIT! I can't believe I forgot the biggest movie blunder of all time! D'oh! In the original Star Wars: Episode VI, during the big lightsaber fight at the end (between Luke and Darth Vader), the light sabers cast a shadow on the ground for the entire fight. Hmmmm... Light casting a shadow... that's a new one. "Luke, come with me to the dark side, lest I stab you with the mop handle that I'm ACTUALLY holding." <grins> http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

hehehe...oh yea in Episode IV doesn't a storm trooper bang his head on a pipe at the beginning??

...yes, that head bang is very funny.

Also: In Fight Club......when Edward Norton and Brad Pitt are on that staircase by the car park....they are being caught on a security camera...there is only one...yet when the audience get a perspective of the security camera shot, we see that we are infact looking down on another security camera that isn't there.

Another one i have noticed....In The Matrix, when Neo and Morpheus are in that white room with the single chair and television, i noticed that in a few shots Morpheus' shades are a matte black, rather than the reflective glass.....i perhaps believe that they intended to place the reflection in on computer in post-production cause it would have been a head ache to avoid objects in real life with reflective shades.

They, somehow, must have forgotten, but it is so noticable./

Here's a classic:
Citizen Kane's last, dying words were "Rosebud". Considering how often they stress the fact that he died alone, how did anyone know what his last, dying words were?

Also watch for Paul Sorvino's appearing/disappearing cigar as he talks to Henry Hill about Tommy being a nut in Goodfellas.

This is something to look out for...in Fight Club when Edward Norton is staying in the hotel and on the television there is a commercial, Brad Pitt is one of the men on the right

This is one I saw a long time ago, I'm still wondering whether it was really a mistake or if I just saw things, I wonder if anyone can prove me right or wrong.

It's in GANDHI. Considering that this is supposed to be a dramatic, tragic film I found this all the more fun.

At the beginning, Gandhi is marching with his followers when this guy comes up and shoots him twice in the chest. In the next scene, they're carrying his body, but the bullet wounds are in his forehead.

In Terminator 2, the helicopter smashes into the back of the police van that Arnie's driving. Then, in the next shot, the nose of the helicopter isn't damaged at all.
