You funnie.

Let's do some logic, ok? you want to know where to find "illegal" movie sites. If there were a movie site where you could just download any movie, don't you think it'd get it's ass thrown into court and just get shut down pretty fast? I'd say so. So don't be dumb.

So where do you get these "illegal Internet movies" from? Glad you asked... come with me; it's more fun if we're all on the same page.

Remember Napster? Yea, it's dead. Corpse is still twitching somewhere. Bring on the GNUtella network. You'll need some GNUtella client software, and I personally suggest going to www.limewire.com, (http://www.limewire.com,) but I hear the stuff at www.bearshare.com (http://www.bearshare.com) is also pretty good (they're both nothing more then a GNUtella client anyway)

Unlike Napster, GNUtella has no central servers.

- Upside: there is no possible way to shut down GNUtella since as long as there's users, there's GNUtella. It doesn't exist the way Napster existed. GNUtella is just a bunch of people sharing files with each other (many of those are movies)

- Dowside: the overhead makes it run much slower then Napster-like services.

Howz dat der GNUtelly thing workie?
Glad you asked.

- You connect to 4 other people.
- They all connect to 4 other people. (4*4=16)
-They all connect to 4 other people. (16*4=64)
-They all connect to 4 other people. (64*4=256)
-They all connect to 4 other people. (256*4=1024)
-They all connect to 4 other people. (1024*4=4096)

You probably get the idea now. By connecting to 4 others and being able to see "through" them, you are allowed to download from thousands of other people.

I downloaded Shrek and watched it a few days after it came out. It was decent quality for a theatre/camcorder bootleg - not bad at all!

If you want the good shite, pick movies that are already out on DVD, and put the word "DivX" in your search. That ought to get movies that people ripped directly from the DVD (no camcorder bootlegs).

Then go to www.divx.com, (http://www.divx.com,) and "The Playa" to play your DivX movies on.

Soon you'll realize it's a big pain in the ass and you'd rather sit in front of your TV then your computer for two hours, then you'll go back to renting - like I did.

I'll tell you this **ONCE**, so listen up. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND RUN EXE'S FROM THIS. ok? It's LOADED with people sharing malicious files they'd just love you to run. If you cook your machine, don't come crying to me.

Until then, Enjoy!

If you donīt like watching movies in front of your computer screen you can always download divX movies and burned them in a Cd in VCD format. Then you can watch it on your big 39" Trinitron TV, while laying comfortably on your kick-ass couch.
All this, provided that you have a CD recorder, a DVD player (almost all of them support VCDs) and a good internet connection.
I would also suggest you used Kazaa or Morpheus instead of Bearshare or Limewire.
Ahh, one last thing, if you are as lucky as me as to have a DVD-ROM, you can just pick up your fav DVDs on BlockBuster (or your favorite movie store), rip them, burn them and start building your VCD collection right away.

Well, you're right and you're wrong. Yes, most DVD players support VCDs (just like mine). What a lot of DVD players DO NOT support is CD-Rs. Some do, but not all, and from my experience, more don't then do.

Some DVD players used a DUAL-Laser pickup. This is where one laser reads the video data, and another reads the audio data. The dual laser players ALWAYS worked with CD-Rs. On the flip side of that coin, the single-laser players basically NEVER supported them. I bought my DVD player in 99, and at that time, the only players with dual-laser pickups were the Hitachi's, and the most expensive Sony model. Strangly enough, in 1998 ALL Sony players had it and they DOWNgraded their players in 99 (the 98 Sony's are better then the 99's). I bought the Hitachi, but I hated it, so I returned it and took the top-of-the-line Panasonic model. Because of that decidion, I can't play CD-Rs. I can play the silver-bottom factory pressed VCDs, just not home made CD-R VCDs. There's a LOT of people in this boat with me, so if you don't already know, before you go writing your own VCD, try chucking a MUSIC CD-R in your player and see if it plays. If it plays a music CD-R, a VCD CD-R should also. And if you've bought you player within the last year, there's probably a better chance that it will work for you.

But just because it supports VCDs, doesn't mean it will work for you. http://www.joblo.com/ubb/frown.gif

1. go to www.downloads.com (http://www.downloads.com)
2. look for Kazaa on the search engine
3. download it
4. make a username and password
5. go to search and look up smr
6. it will bring up a huge list of movies
7. if the movie that you want isnt in smr look up tmd
8. it will bring up a smaller list of movies that smr doesnt have
9. double click which movie you want usually it will come in like this 1of2 and 2of2 click both so you can watch the whole thing
10. enjoy the movie when its done

2nd solution

1. go to www.kazaa.com (http://www.kazaa.com)
2. look up a movie
3. download a whole movie from the site (1of2 and 2of2)
4. after you search 15 times off of the site you cant search and download directly off the site an easy way to cure this pain in the ass is
5. go into find files or folders and look up Kazaa, it will come up with a list of cookies
6. delete them all and you can download directly off of the site again
7. never post something asking how to get illegal movies again, either use this or some of the other ones suggested, or pay a lousy 8 bucks to watch it in a theatre

I assume you're talking to me (nobody else here has a signature, so...)

It's just a picture. I signed a sheet of paper, scanned it, turned the "written part" to solid black, the background to transparent (invisible). It's no different then the way Cyclonus posts his transformer pictures all over the place.
