After Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction I was very exited when I found out about Jackie Brown been released. That was several years ago. I remeber I dindīt like it, but I canīt remeber the plot, so I was thinking about seeing it again. So, should I rent it?

Yes.

I wasn't too impressed the first time I watched it, I guess that was because I had such high expectations after Dogs and Pulp Fiction.

I much prefered it the second time, it's not up to the same standard, but it's still worth watching again.

I'll agree that it's no Reservoir Dogs or Pulp Fiction, but it is very good. You should definately rent it again but try not to set high expectations because of Tarantino's other films, that might lead to dissapointment. I think it is a very enjoyable film with some cool scenes and good acting. 8/10.

I actually think it's a more complete film than PULP FICTION. PF has more memorable scenes and dialogue, but JB has better character and thematic development.

jackie brown is a very good movie, with very good performances, but it features (at least in my opinion) a mildly depressing ending
