In the first movie (Episode 4) when luke, han and the gang are in that trash compactor, and the droids are in the control room on the death star and a small group of storm troopers are trying to get into the control room. When they finally do watch the storm trooper on the right as he enters the room. He smacks his head on the door, its pretty funny. This was in the original release and the re-release, I can't believe nobody noticed it, I was the only one laughing in the theater when I saw it.
This is a very well known blooper.
One that often does go overlooked though is near the end where Mark Hamill calls to "Carrie" instead of "Leia".

actually, I think that's one of the most well known bloopers... you know... right next to the fact that if you look you can see the light sabers cast a shadow on the ground... wait a sec... something not right about that. http://www.joblo.com/ubb/smile.gif

Although the blooper is well known, heres a little bit of trivia about it:The blooper was first discovered by a young boy about 8-10 years old in the U.K in the early 80's.He sent the blooper in to a t.v show we used to have called "The Late Late Breakfast Show" who in turn sent it to George Lucas, who in turn sent the young boy masses of Star Wars goodies which he recieved on the show as a reward.I allways remember this as i was soooooooooo jealous as i was about the same age at the time.Wonder if the boy enjoyed The Phantom Menace?????

Erm...yeah agamemnon. I don't know where you've been all your life, but where he bangs his head, is not a clear blooper, but man is it one of the most talked about ever!
This guy could make millions by saying:
"hey, i'm the starship trooper in episode 4 who bumped his head!"
I think one of the biggest bloopers ever, yet is totally missed by millions, is when someone voted episode 4 the greatest movie ever, i mean Hello!
Please, what's wrong with that statement!

In Episode 6 (RETURN OF THE JEDI) did anyone notice that Han Solo grabs Princess Leia's breast when they are breaking into the base on Endor. It's as someone shoots at them while they're trying to crack the code. She goes flying back and ole Han's hand lands right there then he holds for a second or two then moves it off.
He handled that scene pretty well.

Han actually touched one of Leia's breasts in one of the movies?
Jeez. I've been looking for something like that for ever! *perv smile* http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
I mean, isn't Princess Leia the sexiest female movie character ever? Man!

What are you talking about he calls to "Carrie" instead of "Leia"? Are you sure? When does this happen?
