I don't think the film's been officially confirmed. I haven't actually read or heard anything official from Tarrantino himself aside from expressing interest in the making film.

Yeah. I'm not so sure if this isn't a rumour or not. I first heard about a Pulp Fiction prequel during X-mas time of 1995. Then, what I heard was it was going to be about Vincent Vega's exploits in Amsterdam.
I'd just like to see Tarrantino put out another movie.
