I luuurve Drew Barrymore. She is the best ever. But everything I seem to like I can never find someone who agrees with me. Do you? I love Aaliyah, roller coasters and Drew Barrymore. Am I just too different?

I'm still waiting for Riding in cars with Boys to be released on the UK; Is it ever coming?

I like her. I am glad she got back on track with the wonderful RIDING IN CARS WITH BOYS. I remember being shocked in 1995 when her name appeared in section for smaller roles on BATMAN FOREVER. I reallt did not like to see a good actress like herself playing a dumb shorty role like she did. But hopefully her future has more dramatic and good films and no BATMAN FOREVERs. And can anyone dislike her as Gertie in E.T.?

I really like her. However "Riding in Cars With Boys" was a really poor movie. (Not her fault though.)

One of my favorite movies of her's is "Ever After" though I suppose many would consider that one to be a chick flick.

A few years back my husband and I bought a cute Halloween decoration at a fair. It looks like a little kid dressed up as a ghost. (A decorated sheet over legs that peek out the bottom.) She's wearing jeans and pink and white saddle shoes. We named it "Drew" because of E.T.

I wouldn't exactly say "Hate", but she really gets on my nerves. The odd thing is, I believe her goofiness is a sincere element of her personality, but it still appears to be kind of contrived and an affectation. I know that's not logical, but it's my impression. I don't really think she has that much talent, and has a tendency to play similar characters. The public seeems to love her, though, so she's probably assured of a career. All things considered, that's no skin off my nose. I do like Aaliyah, though...

Weird -- Thought I responded to this.

I like her characters, but am on the fense in regards to her personality off camera. She seems to not show any lack of kindness, and seems to have good tastes, but there is something settling. I'd say love, or really really like. I think she is a very talented actress and has given great performances in such films as Ever After and Riding in Cars with Boys. I've also enjoyed most of her films (not Riding in Cars, but I loved Ever After and E.T.). And, of course, I think she is quite hot.

Love and Hate, Her recent movies I do not care for, they are too trendy for my tastes. I liked her in Poison Ivy and The Wedding Singer but everything else between those two I really did not like. I hate the fact she is going to do another crappy Charlie's Angels but I hate even more she is doing a remake of Barbarella, my hunch is she wants to show her naked ass defy gravity, what a poor choice for a remake anyway and she already acts ditzy we do not need a movie such as Barbarella to confirm that even more. She used to not act so silly and it is not becoming, she needs to grow up and get serious. I hate how she starts to cry during interviews, I also hate those big words she uses and her childlike ways of looking at things. I hate she even associates with that load Rosie. I hate she could not keep her marriage together. Actually she and I have alot of strange stuff in common, we were born a few days apart and even got married on the same day same year weird. I think the reason she acts so silly is because she was too adult during childhood and she is reliving those lost years, I just wish she would hurry up already and get back to being an adult. Yeah, it got released in cinemas quite a while back here in the U.K, it's just a video/DVD release hasn't been confirmed yet.

Like her. She's a very fine actress and has made some good movies. She was hottest in the Wedding Singer, IMO.

Hi there, as you guyz can see I am new to the Discussion Board, so bear with me...:) ! Santa Clause, did you knnow that drew Barrymore was the first choice to play Sidney in 'Scream', I wonder if you would think that that was a better role for her? :confused:
Anywayz, I don't particularly like nor do I hate Miss Barrymore...I do like her natural goofiness and think that she is quite talented. I also like her movei choices...I think I watched all of Drew Barrymore's movies, 'Riding In Cars With Boys' is a memorable one, I also LOVED 'The Wedding Singer'! Oh well, maybe, just maybe, she will stun me and then (maybe) I wil begin to love good ol' Drew.....

I LOVE her.

She's incredibly cute, very beautiful and extremely sexy.

Still, I hate most of her movies (especially CHARLIE'S ANGELS) and she never really gets to show off as an actress because of mostly poor roles (á la HOME FRIES, NEVER BEEN KISSED etc.).

Besides, Aaliyah had some fine songs, but her few movie appearances (ROMEO MUST DIE, QUEEN OF THE DAMNED) were simply awful, but not as bad as the movies themselves.

Actually, I've never been on a rollercoaster. Odd, isn't it?

I love her...and she's a real GIRLS GIRL IMO...

She's a shitty actress but a genuine joy to watch...Jesus wept, I even loved "Never been Kissed". She seems like a completely normal individual yet she oozes sex-appeal...and there is absolutely nothing STUNNING about Ms Barrymore. I like the speech impediment and the goofy expression...I also like the fact that she fucks up on a weekly basis. Good stuff Drew!!!

I think she's fun to watch. Even though she is an adult, she's still very innocent looking (although God knows she is anything but). I must say I really liked Ever After and Never Been Kissed. I don't think she's the next Oscar contender...but...she is quite beautiful and quite fun.

Most of the time it really depends on the movie she's in....... I liked her older movies

- E.T.
- Firestarter
- Poison Ivy
- Mad Love

Anything else she's done I haven't really liked especially Charlie's Angels YUCK!!! She looks like a clown in that movie.

Hi All: I caught Drew on David Letterman last nite; she is still her sweet. lovely self. Dave was thrilled, as usual, to have her on. Who can forget her "Birthday Present" to Dave a few years ago. The only evident flaw in her character was her marriage to Tom Green {she divorced him thank God}. As a Canadian I even want to disown him. Everyone is allowed one mistake. FM

Cute, sweet, funny, great girl. It's admirable that she's overcome all the obstacles and hardships in her life, and now she's back on top. Adorable in The Wedding Singer and E.T., believable and brilliant in Scream, sweet and goofy in Never Been Kissed and kick ass in Charlie's Angels. Has a great filmography behind her, even if some of her films aren't great, she is always good in them. Hope to see her have longevity in her career.
