He really is the nicest critic (least harsh) and he really went easy on these movies... but I haven't seen either, but after reading his review of the two, I'm planning to see them. What do you all think bout that?

I don't think Ebert is at all the nicest critic. But he is the most respected and he doesn't give out **** reviews every day. In fact, very rarely. He makes very good points in each review about why they are excellent films. That makes me want to see them even more.

I think Ebert is a very nice Critic.Compared to his partner Richard Roeper,who likes nothing.He hated The Lord of the Rings!!!(8/10).Yes Ebert can be harsh compared to other critics.But if he gave both of those films **** stars then they must be good.

I was pretty shocked when I opened my paper this morning to see that Ebert gave not one, but two movies 4 stars. This just makes me wanna see Changing Lanes even more.

I think that he is the nicest one! he gave out a lot of 4 stars last year nate6:
monsters ball, black hawk down, in the bedroom, mulholland drive, ghost world, waking life, gosford park, wit (from england i think....) , innocence, a beautiful mind, and harry potter! most critics only give out a few 4 star movies on their top tens...like lisa s. from EW she gave 4 A's, 5 A-'s, and 1 B+! I think she is the harshest critic at times.

But Changing Lanes also got very good reviews by other critics...

I was in complete shock when I saw that. Changing Lanes looked really good, but I didn't expect Ebert to like it so much. And Frality? WHOA! The commercial looked pretty bad, but between this and the 9/10 from JoBlo, I have to see it!

Frailty is worth the dinero. Go now. Go to the bank, pull out the money and go see frailty.
