Which matrix character must not return in part 2?

If i must choose an character that must not return in the matrix 2,than i choose dozer.I thought he didn't belong in the first part,so if it was my decision,i would get rid of him.What do you guys think?

I am not 100% positive but I believe AGENT SMITH will return. The actor, Hugo Weaving (Austrailian Acting God), has been asked to keep his schedule open.

according to shits that I have read, Agent Smith will be back. I hope his ontarage is with him as well cuz they made a kick ass pair. Anyways, the character that I would not like to returning is dead. so who cares, I just hope the two sequels are ass kicking.

i think all surviving characters are a given but agent smith (although awesome( is wiped and therefore an upgrade from the matrix is necessary, my choice as super-agent...

I hope that Neo won't return. They should get a new lead. In Matrix I rooted for the bad guy because he was way cooler.
