This week's new releases:
Orange County
Rollerball
The Shipping News
Max Keeble's Big Move
The Majestic
I Am Sam

I am probably going to buy Orange County, which I saw in theatres and enjoyed. I will rent The Shipping News and I Am Sam and maybe Rollerball, to see if it is really all that bad. I'm still not sure about The Majestic, but Max Keeble sure isn't getting my money.

How about everyone else?

Wow, what a bunch of crap.

If I HAD to rent one of those movies, it would probably be "the majestic." Just because I love the director.

Im gonna rent Orange County because it looked funny and I didn't have a chance to see it in theaters. I might rent Rollerball just to see how shitty it was. And MAYBE I'll rent the Majestic because it looks interesting...

Orange County, and The Majestic because they looked good, and Rollerball just to see how bad it is.

I Am Sam comes out this week as well. And The Majestic doesn't come out this week, but next week, according to my local Blockbuster New Release guide thing.

I saw Orange County (5/10) already and it wasn't good or bad. Just sort of in-between and not all that funny. Rollerball, Max Keebles Big Move and The Majestic just don't interest me, so I'm skipping them.

If I rent anything this week it will be I Am Sam and The Shipping News. But, it's a pretty weak...week for rentals.

The Majestic does come out this week according to the commercials I saw for it during CSI and also according to amazon.com. I am going to purchase The Majestic and Orange County because I thoroughly enjoyed both when I saw them in the theatre. I'll rent The Shipping News because I like Kevin Spacey, I'll also probably rent I Am Sam because it is supposed to be a good movie. However, there is no way I am renting Rollerball or Max Keeble because I saw Rollerball in the theatre and it was terrible. Max Keeble just doesn't interest me.

The only film I'm thinking of buying is Orange County. It was a good movie, but I don't know if I'd watch it again.

What else? Rollerball was a piece of shit that never should've been greenlighted. I Am Sam only has the acting going for it. The Majestic was boring, way too long, and all in all, a ridiculous film.
Max Keeble can go right to hell, and burn there! I will be renting The Shipping News though. It doesn't look good, but it doesn't look bad either.

I highly recommend everybody renting I Am Sam and The Shipping News, two of the best and most underrated films of 2001.

Of the other flicks this week, i haven't seen 'em and I probably won't 'cuz they don't interest me.

The Majestic and I Am Sam. The Shipping News I'm not so sure about, Orange County didn't look too funny, Rollerball looks like it should get an award for Biggest Piece of Sh** and Max Keeble looks like its for kids and is going to have obnoxious humor.

therealjohng, sorry to break it to ya, but I don't think you're going to see Rebecca Romijn Stamos nude because the movie is PG-13. I don't know maybe you can find an Uncensored cut or something. To me Rollerball sucks! Nude Rebecca or not!

Wasn't there talk of an R rated rollerball?

I still want to see Orange County so that one might get rented soon. Will be buying The Majestic for my father-in-law for his birthday - he loved that one and I think saw it twice in the theater.

Rollerball is being released as a R rated cut so Stamos nude will probably be included.

I have seen The Majestic (8/10) and Orange County (7/10) and enjoyed them both. I will probably buy them when I get more $$$.

I will probably rent I Am Sam and The Shipping News just for the acting. I haven't seen either one and I've heard mixed reviews.

I have not seen Max Keeble's Big Move or Rollerball and I don't have much interest in them, although I am curious to see Rollerball just to see if it's as bad as it looks...

The Majestic was #2 on my list for 2001.It was great!People don't appreciate Carrey for a dramatic actor.
Even if cured cancer,he's still be remebered by making his ass talk.

As I said, I saw Orange County (5/10) already and I have no interest in seeing The Majestic, Rollerball, or Max Keebles Big Move.

Today I rented I Am Sam and The Shipping News. I just watched I AM SAM and it was good even though it treads familiar "special people" territory. I'd rate it a 7/10. Sean Penn is really good in the film and you'd hardly realize that he can be somewhat of a prick in real life. Anyway, I'll probably be watching THE SHIPPING NEWS sometime tomorrow I suppose.

Did I see someone use the words "Rollerball" and "Best of 2002" in the same sentence? Ah well, it's your opinion, I'll respect it.
Today I rented Orange County on DVD and watched it for the 1st time. I loved it. Mainly cuz of Jack Black. I feel used though, the commercial on tv said "Unrated Jack Black outtakes and there were only like 4 outtakes on the DVD and I think 2 of them had Jack in em. DAMN LIARS!!!!

Rented THE SHIPPING NEWS and MAX KEEBLE'S BIG MOVE. Dammit, they didn't have AMERICAN PSYCHO 2...oh, well. I only want to see that one out of sheer curiosity.

Since I haven't had the chance to rent any movies yet this week, I think over the weekend I may buy The Majestic (8/10) and I could rent The Shipping News and/or I Am Sam, neither of which I have seen. I didn't like Orange County (6/10) quite enough to rent it or buy it, and Rollerball and Max Keeble's Big Move can just go away.

I bought AMERICAN PSYCHO 2 (7/10) and ORANGE COUNTY but didn't get to watch it yet. Hopefully it's good otherwise I'll have to sell it on e-bay. After reading some reviews here I keep getting the feeling that ORANGE COUNTY is going to be kind of depressing and have more drama than comedy so now my hopes aren't very high. I hate it when you expect to see a comedy and it ends up being a drama...

The Stamos nudity was put back in and so was nudity from all of the team members in the shower. Also, there's more bloody violence. Those combined is enough to push me towards seeing this flick! lol.
