This is a little movie related, but if some people don't think it is, then this'll probably be closed.
Is there a way to use sound waves as buddy icons of AOL Instant Messenger? I have the sound clip of Michael Corleone telling his brother, "I knew it was you.", and it would be cool if there was a way so whenever I sent a message to someone, that would play. And this has been done by other people I know, such as Fat Bastard's comment, "I'm so sexy.." played when I got a message from this one guy. So if you could help, it'd be appreciated..
Thanks.

Go to "My AIM" and "Edit Options". Then "Edit Preferences" and on the Category list select "IM/Chat". There's a button for sounds under the "IM window".

I have "You gotta be fucking kidding"(from The Thing) when sending a message and when receiving(sp?) a message it says "He came home"(from Halloween)

No, I think I wasn't very clear on what I was talking about. I would like the option for my Buddy Icon to be a soundwave, so whenever I send a message to someone, THEY hear the soundclip. This is possible, I know.

I am pretty sure that's impossible.

I figured it out. Here's the way to do it, if you guys want to know.

1. You must make a link you can click on, I just made a link in my profile, and when I click it, it sets the sound wave.

2. Find the exact address of the sound wave(note: it has to be pretty small, it will tell you if it's too big.)
example: http://www.jgeoff.com/godfather/gf1/offer.wav

3. In the link, copy this down for the URL: aim:BuddyIcon?Src=(address goes here)

4. Then, click the link. Done!
