Who else would like to see a Tenacious D movie featuring the adventures of Jack Black and Kyle Gass?! That would kick ass. Come on got to be some Schmoes who are D fans out there?!!

Of course I'd love to see them in their own movie. Of course all they'd have to do would be re-release some JB's in theatre's (say Saving Silverman) with KG inserted into one of the actors parts (say the usually awful Jason Biggs) and they've got a movie. It's pure Hollywood genius!

Jack and Kyle were already in a movie together: Shallow Hal. But I love The D and would love to see a movie about just the 2 of them.

Why of course a D movie would rock, however, as we can see from "Run Ronnie Run", cult favorites don't always translate into big movie success. The studio refuses to even release that film. A D movie would be a good idea, however, a risky one. Though there is no doubt in my mind it would "blow our fucking socks off."

OMG!!!!

LOVE the D!!!

Saw them in concert a couple years ago at a little club in Boston. Have their t-shirt.
I know every word to every song.

I have all their HBO shorts on tape.
I think a full length feature of the "D" is genius!!

Lee should be in it too....

Sounds good to me. I never saw them on HBO, but I'll be there when the movie comes out because their music is awesome.

I too love the D-boys but I am not sure they could sustain a movie.

The HBO series was brilliant, go get it off KaZaa if you have not seen it.

They work amazingly well in small doses, but if you extended it to two hours I think you would loose a lot.

Would I see a D movie, of course but I would hate to see a sucky D movie as it would diminish their now Rock God status.

lol Yeah I was picturing a 'Road Tripesqe' type movie (Like Jay and Silent bob.) Ya know they could just wander around everywhere with their guitars on their backs. Sweet idea. Yes the HBO episodes kick major ass! So if you want your ass blown out check em' out!
