Ok, Schmoes. Somedays ago I post a topic about the name of the Episode II. Now, searching in the Internet I've found a couple pages that are very funny.

Ironically, "Revenge of the Jedi" was seriously considered for #6.

REVENGE OF THE JEDI wasn't really the original title for number six. It was a false name George Lucas used to prevent stealing infos or something on the set. I read that in one of his interviews, and the t-shirts and caps were printed to make the illusion real.

James Logan, your actually wrong there, "Blue Harvest" was the name Lucas gave ROTJ, pretending it was a horror film being made. Revenge of the Jedi was the original title, but Lucas has said himself that fans wrote in saying that Jedi are too wise to take revenge.

P.S - I know it isn't, but even if it was, why would he possibly name the cover-up title Revenge of the Jedi? People would still know what film it is.
