Who do u think gets the money at the end? Norton, De Niro, Brando, or Basset, (or could it be someone else?)
They all got the money in the end. De Niro got paid $15 million. Norton received $6 million. Brando got $3 million for three weeks of work. And I'm not sure how much Bassett got.
Good news!!! THE SCORE is a terrific, classy film. I love its look, its slow pace (a fresh equation this summer), its subtle score and, most of all, its actors. Norton's role may be flashier and Brando's funnier, but it's De Niro's controlled intensity that drives the film. My only gripe is that Angela Bassett is criminally underused. I give it an A-.
