This is my topic to try to beet Reighs mapping out movies of your life... i thought about this all day!!!!! so the question is...

What would the movie about your life be
-would it be an action, drama, romance, comedy?
-Who would play you
-Give us a papragraph about what the main topic would be
-what would the movie be called?
-Is this a better topic than Reighs?

WEll post away folks?

I'd like mine to be a Comedy rather than a Drama, but both probably fit.

I'd be played by Haley Joel Osmand then Jack Black (with blond wig)

The film would center around my fight with my own agression, I used to be really angry and get in loads of fights but I have learned to calm down and in the past 3 years only 'lost it' once.

The movie would be called 'Fight Club' or if that's already taken 'Fists'

Reigh makes crap topics and should be thrown off the board http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Oh, Plisskin. Still harbouring grudges since I revealed your one-handed surfing technique, eh?

Never mind, Hairy Palms, one day soon you will be too blind to read my posts!

Heh-heh.

Anyway, I'm already writing a screenplay which has to be submitted in September (hope hope) for development. It's based on events in my life; a satire of my schooldays at the very rough Woodmill High School, a la M*A*S*H. The thing is, when I began it, I wanted it to be a nostalgic look at life and friendships that would make everyone feel all warm and cuddly (I watched Stand By Me the night before I began it) but suddenly all these funny events -- actual things that had happened -- kept springing to mind. Go figure.

Anyway, in answer to the question: Mine would be a satire. It would star somebody like...I don't know, Ryan Gosling as me, and would be about how I managed to continually confound the teachers at my high school (oh, I could tel you stories). Something in the vein of Catholic Boys or American Graffiti, with a little bit Stand By Me and some M*A*S*H. It would be called, as are most of my scripts until I find a title, Woodmill Crescent (all you screenwriting Schmoes will recognise it).

And Movie_Fan201? You are indeed a worthy adversary.

But the fight is mine!

Hahahahahahahahah!
