What does everyone think of this upcoming horror flick "Soul Survivors", with Casey Affleck, Wes Bentley, and Eliza Dushku? Actually, it looks pretty nifty to me. Interesting story, good trailer, nice cast...could be a classic, or not. What are everyone else's opinions?

I totally agree, it looks awesome.
I saw the trailer for it when I saw Blair Witch 2, I can't wait to see it. Wes Bentley was great in American Beauty and Eliza Dushku was great on Buffy and in Bring It On, she looks really freaky in the trailer... Anyway, The movie looks great and I do want to see it, the plots different from all these slasher flick we've had lately, all though I enjoy a good slasher flick now and then. Anyway, should be a cool movie. It's supposed to come out in April...

Great casting and a good director outta make this one at the very least, memorable. I am looking forward to it after my hopes were squashed by "Valentine"...at least they didn't give it all away in the trailer...

I saw the trailer twice. Each time it grabbed my attention. Looks pretty wicked to me, and that's an adjective I rarely use. Lookin' foreward to it.

Yeah, Tom (oops!), if things go right, "Soul Survivors" could turn into a modern classic. I must say that I'm intrigued at why Angela Featherstone looks like a guy (though she gave me the chills with her "You're in trouble..." remark).

...then again, why exactly was the rating changed from R to PG-13? Toned-down content? My God, the omens have begun already...

I didn't know about the rating change. Damn, I hope the MPAA doesn't do a hack job on what looks to be a promising flick.

The Ratings Board must fall!

At the same time, a PG-13 can be achieved with the removal of a few swear words. The same thing was done with StarQuest, a movie that works better without the harsh language anyway. Let's hope.

Soul Survivors looks like a franchise starter to me.
