Ever since Hannibal's huge success there have been many rumors about another sequel. Anthony Hopkins said he would definitley do another. But would it be good? Or would it just be made for the money and have a sucky plot?

Well, they said it would be from the Harris novel "Red Dragon" as everyone knows was made like 15 years ago (and re-released now) called "Manhunter". Manhunter was a good movie, but since I'm spoiled by Anthony Hopkins version of Hannibal the Cannibal, I would love to see it remade.

If Thomas Harris writes another novel, there will definitely be another movie. But he's better hurry up ... Hopkins ain't no spring chicken, after all. I mean, exactly how menacing can a seventy year-old cannibal be?

To add to my previous post, and maybe to answer the Watchman's question, I heard they were going to use some computer technology to make Hopkins look younger, if they go ahead with the Red Dragon book. But Hopkins is definitely menacing, if you remember the end of Hannibal.

I think it would be alright... but not narely as well as the others. I dont believe it would be a big hit though.
