We are admist some shity movies for the next few weeks with Zoolander, Joy Ride ,and Don't Say a Word hopfully fill in this dull spot.

My thoughts:

Zoolander, I have high hopes for this one. Looks funny as hell. I can expect at least a few laughs from a Ben Stiller comedy....please do not suck.

Joy Ride, I am not sure about this one. It could be somthing good. It looks like a bigger budget "The Hitcher", which will be good, but then again.

Don't Say a Word, the jury is still out on this one. It looks like a "Ransom" remake with a few catches, could be good but could also fall into the "been there, done that" feel.

What are you looking foward? What do you say about the upcoming movies?

I'm actually excited to see "don't say a word", ok the actors aren't stretching themselves by any means... Britney Murphy playing a disturbed mental patient (girl interrupted), Michael Douglas playing the vengeful father (traffic) but it does show some promise and there is a solid cast. Larry King supposably said that this was one of the better screenplays he'd read in a while, so all in all I'm looking forward to it.
In regards to the other two I will most definitely catch them on video.

I really want to see JOY RIDE, I'm looking forward to that one the most out of them all. DON'T SAY A WORD also looks good. ZOOLANDER looks "ok," I'll definately wait until video.
