It looks like the Matrix trilogy lost another member of the cast. First Aaliyah, now Gloria Foster (The Oracle). Aside from the sad loss of lives, this must really hurt production. http://www.joblo.com/ubb/frown.gif http://www.joblo.com/ubb/frown.gif http://www.joblo.com/ubb/frown.gif

Maybe it's the movie gods letting Hollywood know that the sequels were a mistake...

We're gonna have to wait like 70 years for this movie!!!

I kind of agree with Scorchlord. . . It's like when you hear about actors of a non-traditional, yet popular movie, dying not long after or during the film's release. . Like, Poltergeist (sp?) or something.

That's sad though. She was great as The Oracle.

Yeah she was great but she was not a main character and I can see if a main character died it would be something to concern yourself with but they can always replace her and continue which is probally what they are going to do.

This is so depressing.

I read that she had shot a majority of her scenes for The Matrix Reloaded, and what has happened is very sad.

Thus far, it sounds as though this sequel is struggling.
Keannu Reeves has taken up buddhism or something, to give good karma, and they are going to try and incorporate the good karma in the film, so that the audience feel great after seeing it. Think of that what you may.

It's sad she passed away, but I'm not going to be losing sleep over any delays of these films' release. Not a huge fan of the original.

That is pretty sad about Aaliyah and Gloria Foster. Crap, it's like who's next?

Hopefully Keanu Reeves. Worst actor ever. Matrix and Bill and Ted movies are the only good things he's ever done.

C'mon, Orange, you can't wish the guy's death just because he's not one of your liked actors...

If it doesn't delay the film's release date, I don't give a f*ck.

I agree with Scorch, I do think these sequels are unnecessary, but alas, I'll probably enjoy them.

Dude, these are actual people. They died ...and all you care about is the release date of the movie? Excuse my French, but what the fuck?
