Sometimes you see a movie that has the plot of a TV episode that could succeed or fail. This succeeded. The story is about a down and out record producer who's trying to look for the next best thing for his song. His boss gives him a woman named Sunni who is really horrible. While at a bar to get a drink, he hears a good voice of a woman named Maggie. She starts to record the songs. Unfourtanately, when he's playing Maggie's voice, Sunni and a record producer come inside and think it's Sunni's voice. They say it's her's, but it isn't. Well, Maggie and Sunni don't know this. Sunni thinks it's her voice, while Maggie doesn't know they're putting her voice on someone else's. Well, the movie's predictable, but enjoyable. Her son is played by the singer of Serial Joe who should stick to singing. A few good jokes and Sunni's horrible voice bring laughs. I like that line "Stay away from the big fat man, he'll screw you any way he can." I thought it was good. I'll give it a 7. Some people will have a hard time finding this film since it's a Canadian film.
