I just watched this film recently and was swept back to my earlier childhood, I loved it back then and still do. However, rather then address the film as a whole, i'm more interested in one scene imparticular: the demise of Mickey Goldmill, Rocky's proverbial boxing manager. I for one connect with the scene's emotional fabric, moved by all performances, shot selection, and spellbinding music score, deftly executed by Bill Conti. How do you respond to this scene?
