This movie is so damn great, it's a shame it didn't get as much recognition as it deserved. The performances were great, Neve Campbell and William H. Macy are perfect. It seems like with each new movie Neve Campbell does I like her even more, especially after this film. This movie reminds me of American Beauty(10/10) in so many ways. Like for example, the scene where William H. Macy is standing in his kitchen talking to his mother and we are outside looking inside through the window. Or even the ending reminded me a little of it. All I can say is what an amazing movie. I also loved the little kid in this movie, he's the same kid from BOUNCE. He plays William H. Macy's son and he gives an excellent performance. Actually a good child actor, and a damn cute one at that. I actually wouldn't mind seeing this movie again, I'm definately going to buy it. It's one of the best movies I've seen since American Beauty. This movie is definately a must see, and if you haven't yet then get your ass to the video store and pick it up now. NOBODY should miss this excellent movie.

P.S. If you usually disagree with me on movies and don't believe me when I say how great this movie is, rent it yourself, I dare you not to like it...

A MUST SEE!!!

I rented it and watched it again this last week and I still really enjoyed it. The ending is really powerful and sad. Did anyone else happen to check it out? If not then you better go to your video store right now and rent it. You won't regret it. Awesome flick.

This film is very well written I think. The highlights of Panic are the script and Sutherland's performance. Donald's so mean he's funny. http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Well, I enjoyed Panic (8/10) and in many ways it did remind me of American Beauty, but it wasn't as meaningful, and thats why it didn't get the attention it deserved. It was a very well told story, that knew when to end, and and had a GREAT ending, but it just doesn't have the deep meaning that was found in American Beauty or any great film. Overall, very good, but nothing that will go down in history.

Yes, Mike. For once I agree with you, a very good film. Even up there with Memento for best film I've seen this year.
