This movie was good for nothing except Marisa Coughlan. Far-fetched storyline, barely any jokes, not scary, not funny, not interesting, very boring.

I saw it in the theater and I liked it. It's nothing special and has no surprises but it's entertaining enough and watching Katie Holmes and Marisa Coughlan wasn't hard at all. I thought Molly Ringwald was funny in the scenes she was in. Marisa Coughlan's Exorcist impression was hilarious and very memorable. The movie drags at times but overall it's a decent flick to watch if you want to kill time.

i really like this film, ive seen it 4 time now and it always entertains me, getting slightly better every time. the central performances from Mirren and Holmes are both excellent and they make their characters believable, the other 2 main characters playing Holmes friends in the film also do good jobs, the excorcist impersonation is hilarious. the script is pretty clever at times with some good dialogue and its quite well directed, there were no scenes i felt should have been take out.

overall Teaching Mrs Tingle is a very fun film that i will continue to enjoy
