How do you become a moderator???

I have been following this site for a while, and I keep noticing more and more people becomeing moderators! How do you become one? Do you have to adition? Im up for the challenge!!!!!!!!!!

I generally pick 'em myself and to be honest, I choose folks who seem to have an obvious affection for the board and movies in general, can write, spell, grammartize (that's not a real word, but you get the picture) and punctuate their posts with the best of them, know a particular section of the board real well, have been around for a long time, and most importantly, send me BIG-TIME $$$ as a form of bribe!!

Oh yeah, some folks also get the gig because they actually "work" for JoBlo.com (as the Arrow, Dr. Drew and JaneBlo).
