For posting pictures in post you should have 2 things to view the post with, there should be a small photo icon next to the subject if you want to view the picture and click the subject if you dont want to view the picture, i think this would really help...

Hmmmmm, if you're talking about the posting of pictures inside one's message on the board, we RARELY have anyone posting any pics here, so that's not a major concern. And to top it off, we can't really make any changes to this program (UBB) as it is either, so ixnay for now, dude. Sorry.
