Cherry Falls: Uncut

Well, I got bad news and I got great news for this film; which has been in and out of MPAA Cutting Rooms for awhile. Let's start with the bad:

No Theatre Release
That's right. It won't be released theatrically. No big-screen or 2.35:1 aspect ratio.

And now, the good...

It's Uncut!
The film will go direct to HBO, but it'll be uncut! What's this mean? Major gore (It's gonna make Friday the 13th look tame, the FIVE MINUTE death scene is back, and, oh yeah, we're gonna have enough teens fucking their brains out at the end that we're gonna wonder how it could get buy with an NC-17 and not an X.

Well, good and bad. Which outweighs the other?

One question...WHEN CAN I GET THIS MOVIE ON VHS???? Do you know when it comes out or will it. And, what is the movie about I haven't heard of it really, but the title kinda sounds familiar...PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Damn dude, this makes me almost want to get HBO. I've been waiting for this movie to come out since I first heard about it. I know the Arrow is going to love it. The great thing about it, is that its like the good movies of the 80's. Carnage candy, and hopefully not too many pop culture references.

I'm pretty sure Arrow'll love it. It's gory, and there's A LOT of T&A. The only thing I don't know is how they'll pull off one scene in the script (which is predictable but fun): How are we gonna be convinced of the killer going around and fooling people into thinking he/she is a dead woman?? Arrow?!?

I read the script and thought it was very good but i dont think that from the trailor it looks very good, but anyway i cant wait to see it does any one know the u.k. release>

OK...Whenever I go to my movie theater, I see that girl who hung herself in girl, Inturrupted, and she looks like she's screaming, and it says cherry falls on it. if it' scoming to hbo, then why is the ad in the movie theaters. what does the killer look like? why does he kill? when was it made? what is the story?

I think that the Arrow could probably tell you where the script is on the internet if you wanted to read it. Or maybe someone else. It was posted on this sight a few months ago. As for the trailer, I bet that was made from the cut version, and plus the good stuff in the movie won't be the plot, and no doubt it wouldn't make it past the censors onto a movie theatre trailer line.

Accordinbg to Fangoria, Cherry Falls is coming in theaters "cut" in September. It will be released uncut on tape.
