Peyton Reid to direct Fantastic Four?

According to www.superheroeshype.com (http://www.superheroeshype.com) Peyton Reid(Bring it On) is the prime suspect for stealing the director chair FOR the set of Fantastic Four! Ofcourse many though Crhis Colombus would screw it in Harry Poter... What do you think about Reid's choise?

I think most superhero movies will flop just because no one can decide whether to make them serious or campy and they usually fail.

So in principle Fantastic 4 is already on shaky ground.

But to compare it to MI2 as a good thing ouch. I thought MI2 wasn't that great at all.

Maybe get Woo he is cool but hopefully if they make it, it will be better than MI2.

MI2 is an excellent movie, but I wouldn’t want to see John Woo make a Fantastic Four movie. I never really cared much for the Fantastic Four comics or the cartoons and I am a huge comic book buff. I think a movie would be a bad idea. If John Woo made any comic book movie it should be The Punisher.
