The American Werewolf in Paris

I watched this over the weekend with low expectations (my mum loves this movie- usually a bad sign!!!) as im in the UK- this movie got a 15 rating, and that isnt usually a good sign on a horror movie- but it is infact a very gory film! which didnt bother me in the slightest, but it did surprise me.

It isnt as funny as AWIL, but it has a good go- it is quite witty,

the main problem with it is the computer animation, loads of it looks false.

so what does everyone think? am i the only person who likes it?!

Apart from the awful CGI, I really dug this movie. It was funny, the bad guy was a real bastard, there were some really gory moments and Julie Deply is the sexiest Werewolf EVER!!!

I also enjoyed this movie. I thought the werewolves looked neat. Not the greatest movie ever made but it was good, it was also pretty funny. I saw it when it first came out and after it was on video for about a year I bought it for only 4.99... It was very cheap, that's why I bought it... Anyway, it was a fun flick...

I didn't like it cos i didn't really like the first one cos of the comical undertones, and this one was more of a comedy. TOM EVERETT SCOTT is always good, but i just can't stand horror/comedies unless they really work!

I'm not a fan of werewolf movies and this one is no exception (much like my opinion on vampire flicks). Bad cast as well. The original may have been better but I still doubt that I would enjoy it anyways. Well thats all for now GOoD JOURNEY my fellow schmoes.

This movie sucked big time. Apart from some funny moments, it was awful. And it had some good gore? to me it had almost none. Bad acting and ending make this a stinker.

1. The CGI werewolves look like C-R-A-P.
2. The characters were a shallow imatation of the first film`s characters.
3. The plot involving the "werewolf nightclub" etc. was stoopid.

terrible cgi and the mainguy cudnt act to save his life. it was beyond bad as was the film. it should never have been made. it puts a bad name on the superb american werewolf in london.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the main character wanting to bungee-jump off the Eieffel Tower. Yeah, what an awesome idea, except he`d probably be killed, or if not then arrested and in SERIOUS trouble!

I got drug to this flick by one of my ex-girlfriends (one of her little friends wanted to see it so we met them).

I knew it would be dumb. Throughout the whole movie all I could think about was how I couldn't wait to get out of there, go have some drinks, and then take my girl home for a long night of passion.

I liked it the first time I saw it. After a second viewing, I realised just how blind and stupid I'd been. This movie is ludicrous and bad. It's not funny, entertaining, scary or clever.

One of the worst films of 1997.

I really dug this movie very stylish it mad the wolfs as sexy as vamp movies but of course the howling was the first to pull that off i give it a 7
