I dunno about "wicked" but I thought it was an ok movie. Much better than the Disney version, I'll tell you that...

I liked this film and thought it was inventive at times...not particulary scary or anything, but sigourney weaver is a great actress (she was just okay in this), and I like Monica Keena.

I was pretty disappointed with this movie. I liked its twisting of the Snow White story, and I liked the sets and the photography and the mood, and especially Weaver as the witch. But the movie never drew me in; I was, in other words, never really concerned about how things were going to turn out. I'm not exactly sure what was lacking.

I thought SNOW WHITE: TALE OF TERROR was one of the best versions of the Grimm Brothers fairy tale. This twisted story boasts great performances by Sigourney Weaver, Monica Keena, Sam Neill and Gil Bellows (the latter who portrays this film's version of "Doc"). The seven dwarfs are now society's misfits, and Weaver seduces (among other things) "Prince Charming"! Definitely not for those who prefer happily ever after.

It is too mutch.I love fairy tale movies.I used to always watch Faerie Tale Theater. This was great......but a little slow in some parts. Why was Snow White sutch a fuckin bitch to her stepmom? She bought her a puppy and was as nice as can be.I was ready for that bitch to eat the apple. If u want to see another dark version of Snow White check out the one with Diana Rigg as the queen and The Company Of Wolves' Sarah Patterson as Snow White.Get it NOWWW!!!!!

I really liked this film. I remember being so excited the night it premiered on HBO or whatever pay channel was flipping th bill. Sigourney Weaver played a good enough villian to piss me off and the cinematography was extremely dark which I enjoyed. plus the twist at the end was refreshing.

Hmmm, this is convincing me to rent this flick...
I saw it in the video-store, but I thought it would be kinda dumb.
But I'm gonna rent it in the near future.
