Well I respect "Tron" because as Steven Lisberger said. "Without Tron there wouldn't be Toy Story" And Hey I would love to see What happens Next. And I say that people RESPECT the first because that is the one movie what Brought out SF/X

Tron is a classic!
I would love to see a WELL done sequel as long as they got Jeff back and had a decent story line.
No doubt the effects would rock.
I'm for it, I may even go rent Tron!

Shouldn't the name of the sequel be Tron XP? http://www.joblo.com/ubb/tongue.gif

LOL! That would be cool. I think Bill Gates should be in it as the bad guy.

This project excites me, since I'm a big fan of the original TRON despite all its campy '80sness... One of the cool things is that it's one of the few times computers have been used to create a nonrealistic world. Ever since it became possible, CGI has strived for photorealism, with very few exceptions. I think it would be interesting to take today's technology and try to create a world that wasn't trying to be photorealistic. If they go for something like that, it could be awesome!
