I would agree with most of them except Scream 3 and The Cell.

Scream 3 was a bad sequel. It was a rehash of old themes and the ending was extremely disappointing - I thought Sidney would get hers! She didn't, and I wept.

The Cell could've been a good thriller ... if it had a plot. The special effects were frightening and the scenery was intense, but there was no character development and the plot was very weak, almost pushed aside so there would be more room for creepy special effects.

Honorable Mention for the Cell: The part where the horse gets sectioned off in those glass blades. INTENSE.
