Great topic! Because I have to say 1999s "The Haunting". Okay, so it wasn't scary, get over it. I still found it very entertaining and never boring. It was great to look at with the set/art direction, the visuals effects, the creepy and loud sound design and a very cool and realistic decapitation of that annoying Owen Wilson. LOL and it's on HBOPlus now, so I'll just have to watch it now!

My favorite entertaining horror flicks include: BLADE, TREMORS, THE MUMMY (1999), THE BLOB (1988), CHILD'S PLAY, CREEPSHOW, THE FACULTY, FRIGHT NIGHT, FROM DUSK TILL DAWN and THE LOST BOYS. All of these films featured kick-ass FX and fast-paced stories, likable characters and humorous dialogue and/or situations.

Oh, yes. I love "The Mummy" and "The Faculty" also, "The Faculty" when I first saw it in theaters I considered my fave movie, But it has since moved down the list.
