Has anyone seen this show? It premiered on the Sci-fi channel a couple of days ago. It's basically about a newspaper similar to Weekly World News. You know the type of headlines I'm talking about: ELVIS SPOTTED AT MARDI GRAS, WOMAN ABDUCTED BY ALIENS, NEW PROPHECIES PREDICT THE END OF THE WORLD, and a bunch of other "way out there" articles. However, at The Chronicle, these types of stories are true.

You need to check this show out. It's a great mix of horror and comedy. It airs every Saturday night at 9 pm.

Sounds like a cool premise, but unfortunately, my new cable company does NOT feature the Sci-Fi channel! No SHINING miniseries (which is also unavailable on video), no CROSSING OVER with John Edward, and no reruns of THE TWILIGHT ZONE and DARK SHADOWS.

My new cable does feature BRAVO, FX and Comedy Central, hardly a fair trade.

Looks like I'll have to invest in a satellite dish or an illegal cable box. Did I just self-incriminate?
