American Psycho wasn't that bad.

But add Cannibal Ferrox/Holocaust to the list, cause its stomach churning.

American Psycho gory? The book, yeah. The movie cut out about 95% of the books violence, with 5% of the scenes they put in toned way down from what happens in the book. And the only thing cut to get an R was a sex scene.
