What film do you think will have the same influence in the future, as Halloween still does? CANDYMAN comes to mind, as does SCREAM.

The Blair Witch Project. We're seeing a flood of it's influence on both film and television.

(3) Also, THE SIXTH SENSE brought the ghost story subgenre back into the spotlight (and the film's final twist will "influence" horror filmmakers in the future as well).
