the death of the queen of the damned

I believe between the morning of sat and sun . Aaliyah died in a plane crash . it also took the lives of 8 others . She was flying back from a video shoot in the Bahamas to florida but shortly after takeoff the engine i think gave out and the plane crashed. I know she was suppose to be in Matrix sequels and also the queen of the damned , but have they already filmed the first sequel to matrix with her in it. If so could some one let me know . thanks
