Synopsis: A guy discovers an evil little talking slug that can inject you in the neck with a narcotic drug that makes you its dependent slave.
Review: Written / Directed by Frank Henenlotter (Basket Case), this is similar to its predecessor in that it deals with dependency but of a different kind. The film is a great metaphor for drug culture and the slug is so bloody funny especially when its starts talking!!!

This has nothing to do with micheal ironside, but it is directed by Frank henelotter, who also did the Basket Case films and Frankenhooker. Though, I love all his work, this is his best film. Gory, funny, and imaginative i reccomend you all to check it out. The DVD, which I have to get, is unrated and features the infamous blow job scene.
4/4

I've seen the R version and loved it. Eylmer the parasite is hilarious and the directing is very trippy. The film is one of a kind...got to check that one again...

I agree, great flick, and I was surprised that it actually was a pretty good parable for drug addiction. Elmer was awesome!

A real weird movie. Any time Elmer opened his mouth you couldn't help but laughing. His voice was like something from an animated kids show and he even started singing at one point.
Saw this movie many yrs ago, and it was pretty good. All i remember was this little thing that attaches itself to this guy, and it goes everywhere with him. And there r some funny moments in it too. And the title is pretty kick ass too.
