This film is a major favorite of mine, and is Brian Yuzna's best film in my opinion. The dark humor is good, and I love this film's storyline. Also, the girl that plays the main character's sister is hot. The orgy scene at the end is classic. I can't wait for this sucker to hit DVD! On a scale of 1 to 5, Society gets a 5. What do you all think of this underrated classic?

I was fairly disapointed by this flick.
Nothing happends until the last 15 minutes!!
Than you have the feast of the flesh which was really impressive ( FX by Screaming Mad George !! )
This is a critic of our society, like the Dentist.

This is a good entertaining horror flick. the effects are great, the chicks hot, and the gore wild. i too love the orgy climax. A slimey ass kicker all the way.

Many critics have stupidly rejected this film as a dumb modern b-movie.
SPOILER:
I saw this as a deep psychological study into schizophrenia, depression, paranoia, social isolation and spiralling madness, on a par with American Psycho.
The end which has him joyously escaping can be viewed as a sad indication that he has finally completely lost his grip on reality.
