[Requiem-for-a-Dream]

I just finished watching this flick (I haven't seen it in a long time) and have a question. In the story of the raft, Laverne's (the "chick" who gets nude)real name is Jeremy Green. I've heard many people refer to this person as a women and many refer to this person as a man. Can someone help me with this? I'm stumped, is this person male or female? Or did this person change sexes after this flick?

I don't know man, that is some weird ass shit that I want to reserch man! That chick had some nice tits! Maybe she is a hermy or just fucked up cause after creepshow 2 she was in two other movies and in both she had male names for the characters he/portrayed. I only checked IMDB and thats all the info it had so If I find out anymore I will let you know. I want to find one of the movies it plays with a dudes name to see what it looks like. That is some crazy shit!

This is a little off topic, but I saw you mentioned Joe Bob Briggs...

he's the guy who used to host Monster Vision on TNT right???

I'm pissed that's no longer on the air. I loved monster vision! They used to play some of the most kickass horror movies on that show...

that's where I saw "Maximum Overdrive" for the first time. And that horrible movie with Clint Howard the Ice Cream Man or something...but still, it made me feel good to have a movie block dedicated to horror fans

I say we demand they bring Joe Bob back!

Apparently there are two Jeremy Green's running around and IMDB needs to change some of their information. Jeremy Green from Creepshow 2 is in fact a chick and always was a chick she just has one of those names. Ive heard of some girls having male like names and vice versa. The great and informative Tom Savini was kind enough to write me back and answer the question we have all been pondering and below is his complete response to our question.
