I dunno. I probably would go and see it because I'd like to see what good ol' Woody could create...
But Woody Allen wouldn't do a horror movie. He'd do a funny horror movie, maybe a funny movie about horror or a funny movie about horror movies (still following me?). So it would be a Woody Allen comedy about horror...and not a horror movie.

In a word like a dozen: I can't picture myself Woody Allen doing pure horror.

Woody's lost his edge, as apparent in his recent duds, and would NOT be an appropriate director for the horror genre.
