Does anyone remember the Disney movie "The Child of Glass" from the eighties? I was around seven or eight years old when I saw it and it was pretty creepy. Does anyone remember the movie from the eighties with an old woman who was in an electric wheelchair and had to recharge it every once and a while? Sorry, that's all I really remember, but I have been trying to remember what it's called and would love it if someone could help me with that. Does anyone remember "The House of Dies Drear"? OK, last one. Does anyone remember the series from the eighties that was about children's stories (Rapunzel, Little Red Riding Hood, etc.), but, it was scary and intended for an older audience?

'The Child of Glass' is, as you said, an old Disney TV movie available on Videotape. I don't think it's as creepy as you remember. 'The House of Dies Drear' is also available on video. This to was a TV movie - it played on PBS. it's all about a modern black family experiencing slavery via a time-travel ghost.

No, it wasn't "Gremlins." It also starred a young boy who the old woman tormented.
