This belongs in the General Horror Movie Talk since The Ugly in not an Upcoming or Current release---moving it there---

Quite good, Candyman. Paolo Rotundo gives a convincing performance as serial killer Simon, who claims to be forced to kill time and time again by the ghosts of his previous victims. It's gritty and graphic, in a SEVENesque vein. Nothing perfect, but it is more than just your average serial killer pic.

(8/10)

It's been a while since I saw it, but I do remember it being a chilling little film that is well worth seeing at least once. In fact I'm going to try and track it down myself for another viewing.
