Help With Movie Title

I was hoping someone could help me out.I'm looking for a movie I saw previewed in the early 80's.The poster at the theatre showed a pair of skeleton's hands held out and in the background was a cabin at night with a young lady standing in the window(kind of like, the hands were approaching the house).I can't remember much of the trailer except that this girl was alone in a house or cabin(I got the feeling that it was in a remote setting, maybe in the woods)and something was stalking her.The one scene I do remember is her running through a dark house as if something is chasing her.I greatly appreciate any help with the title or similar plot.I've seen a ton of horror movies, so I know it wasn't something well known.

it sounds a lot like The Evil Dead, but I'm assuming you've heard of that film.

otherwise, sounds pretty textbook for 80s horror.

I was thinking of The Evil Dead to, but in the trailor Ash get's chased through the cabin, not the girl. But I really have no clue on what the movie is.

Could this be "The Boogens"? This sounds like the cover of the VHS copy. I can't remember what the theatrical poster looked like.

It's been about 16 years since I've seen Evil Dead, so it could be my faulty memory kicking in again.I'll rent it tonight and see.I was hoping the poster would help with the title(I think the poster for Evil Dead has a skull on it.Not sure though).But again, this was like '83 so ...
