Best Death of a Villain

Hey all, I am new to this post and just wanted to break the ice a bit. What is the best death scene for a villain in a horror movie that you have seen? Now granted, villains may return in subsequent sequels, but what was the best way that they were defeated or messed up in one of their films. I enjoyed Freddy's annihalation in part 3 myself, when he was spinning around with light burning out of him. I can barely remember it, but when I was a little kid I loved the death of Skeletor in the Masters of the Universe movie.

I dunno bout the best but i think Childs play 2 was it? where he gets blown up,then theres the other one where he gets chopped up,oh & the freddys dead scene was aight too with the dynamite in stufz

I'm a little off topic, but I liked the death of Tim Curry's character Darkness from the movie Legend. It was cool how he was shot with those arrows, then had his arms chopped off by Tom Cruise. Good stuff!!.

The death of Chucky in Childs Play 3 (sliced up) and the fat guy from Braindead when he gets turned into a zombie, sure he became undead and we didn't really see the death itself, only the shadow, but OUCH!!

Evil Ash in Army of Darkness. Not really a spectaular death but I love Bruce Campbells line "Buckle up bone head coz your going for a ride!"
