Matrix 2 Trailer date!!!

From Coming Attractions:

One of CA's most trusted sources reported late Friday evening that, attached to copies of 20th Century Fox's Minority Report, will be the trailer for The Matrix Reloaded. Minority Report comes out in theaters on June 21.

If true, this would be the second event trailer to be attatched to 'Report', along with the highly anticipated Ben Affleck superhero vehicle 'Daredevil.' CA also notes that WB might opt to premiere the trailer with one of their own movies, most likely Insomnia on May 24th.

it'd make sense to premier it w/ Insomnia since the MPAA restricts filmakers of showing a trailer for an R rated movie in front of a PG-13 movie like Minority Report will most likely be. but Insomnnia's gonna be R, and is one of there movies, so it makes sense

It will be nice to finally get a look at this project after years of work. I'm confident the Brothers Wachowski will provide a worthy follow-up.

Last I heard, Reloaded will come out May 2003, and Revolutions in December 2003. They are supposed to be one big-ass story. Should be cool.

It sounds interesting on how they will release the second one in May and the last installment of the trilogy in December of the same year. I have great hopes for this.
