do they make pumpkinhead 2 on DVD?

It hasn't gotten released on DVD yet. I'm thinking that maybe when the 3rd one comes out in theatres, either around its theatrical or video/DVD release, the 2nd one will be put on DVD, maybe a trilogy box set.
