When I come at my video store, I always see 2 movies called Return of the Living Dead part 3. One of them is about a girl who died, but her boyfriend gets her back alive and she becomes a sexy S&M zombie, the other one is about some island with lots of zombies... Are there 2 pt.s 3?

Since you are from Holland, there's the possibility that we both share the problem of awfully-titled video boxes so here's what I'm familiar with:

The movie with the S&MZombieGirlfriend is the offical RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD 3.

The other movie you talk about is either ZOMBIE 3, a movie that Lucio Fulci was once attached to but he cancled out because his third eye saw a massive pile of crap disturbing his peaceful filmography. Not recommended unless you need to watch everything that involves Zombies. Or it is DR. BUTCHER MD, a movie I have seen under the titles of RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD III and CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST. I never rented it because it sounds pretty dull.
