Needful Things was great, but The Shining was probably the best.
Mine will always be the Stand. The second isn't a book but a short story called "The Mist."

Frank Darabont has the rights to the novella The Mist and has spoken about how he intends to film it someday. Judging by how faithful The Shawshank Redemption and The Green Mile were to the source material it should be a damn fine movie. Hope it happens.
Fave King book?
The Stand without a doubt.

For me, I'd have to say my faves are The Shining, Salem's Lot, The Stand, Hearts In Atlantis, The Dead Zone, Cujo, Firestarter and his short story collections.
I don't dislike anything that he's done (and I've got all but 3 or 4 of his books) but I do tend to prefer the earlier stuff, probably because I started reading his stuff when I was 8 (way back in 1978!).
Zing!

Pet Sematary...with out a doubt.
NOTE = Stephen King once said that in his younger years, he was so drugged out on pain pills that he has no recollection of writing CUJO.
What a dork.

I liked It, The Shining, The Dead Zone, Nightmares and dreamscapes, and Hearts In Atlantis. Bag of bones was entertaining but a little too depressing for me.

BTW, I am reading Desperation right now and am 390out of 547 pages into it. This book is great! It's VERY dark and I like to see God play an intregal part of the story (think : The Stand). I love the gore bits http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif. Regulators is next on my list depending on how much the rest of the book appeals to me http://www.joblo.com/ubb/smile.gif
